STUDFLEX VIBRATION ISOLATION PADS
This innovative design is the most adaptable and effective
area isolation product available. It is capable of protecting entire buildings
from Railway Vibration whilst smaller section pads can be used to isolate
building Air Conditioning plant.
Though pads are made in one standard size of 500mm x 500mm x 25mm
thick, a unique feature of the Studflex design is the moulded segments which
allow the pad to be cut by knife or scissors into individual pads of 4 stud
sections - ideal for positioning directly beneath machine feet or base frames.
DESIGN FEATURES
- Available in various first grade Natural Rubber (N) & Oil Resistant Nitrile Rubber (B) compounds identified by a colour spot
- Available in hollow and solid designs to cover a wide range of applied loads
- Static deflections of 4 mm with loads of up to 8175 kg per pad (500 x 500) single layer
- Also available in 2 or 3 layer stacks with steel interleaves for increased deflection of 8 mm & 12 mm respectively and corresponding lower natural frequencie
