Air Spring & Rubber Suspension for Vande Bharat Coaches

We offer complete suspension system which includes Air Spring Assembly / Air Suspension and Rubber Suspension Elements for New Generation Vande Bharat coaches. The first Vande Bharat train set was fitted with our Air Spring Assembly. We have also developed Air Spring Assembly VB 2 for Vande Bharat Sleeper Coaches with modified design requirements. We can provide complete range of rubber-metal bonded kit for Vande Bharat coaches and for EMU underslung coaches.

Our air spring assemblies are engineered with enhanced characteristics to withstand dynamic loads while maintaining exact alignment. The VB-2 air spring assembly, for example, is designed to withstand heavy loads while remaining stable and comfortable at high speeds.
