Ratish Jain,

Chairman, Resistoflex Group

Mr. Ratish Jain has done his B.Tech. from IIT, Delhi in 1977. He was a topper and recipient of the Governor's Silver Medal. He received training in Polymer Engineering at BTR, Silvertown, UK and Bridgestone, Japan. There after he joined the family business as Technical Director. He is now the Managing Director of the entire RESISTOFLEX GROUP having 5 manufacturing plants.

He has been instrumental in forging strategic collaborations with international well-known companies in UK, France and Germany, including Contitech, renowned world over for tyres.

Vibration Control Systems" for Defence, Space, Building & Industrial Applications.
Air Suspension Systems" for Trains and Busses.
Flexible Piping Systems” for Buildings & Industrial applications.
Now Resistoflex is realising “Lifeline Buildings ” in collaboration with IIT Roorkee for earthquake isolation. To date 25 technical papers on vibration & Shock Isolation Systems in Hi -Tech areas have been presented in symposiums and published in journals & conference proceedings. Recently 2 papers jointly with IIT Roorkee have been submitted for presentation at 12th World Conference on Earthquake engineering at Sochi, Russia and 7th World Congress at Las Vegas, USA.

Mr. Aradhya Jain,

Director, Resistoflex Group

Mr. Aradhya Jain, currently the youngest Director, represents the third generation of the Resistoflex group.
He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani University in 2018 and is currently pursuing his MBA in Family Business Management from the renowned Indian School OF Business, Hyderabad.
He has served as the Chair for Entrepreneurship and Innovation vertical at CII - Young Indians. He has received training in Production and Programming at Lucy Electric FZE, Dubai; Design and Thermodynamics at Tata Advanced Systems Limited and Wealth Management at Anand Rathi Private Wealth Management.
Since joining Resistoflex in 2018, Aradhya has successfully improvised systemic orientation and increased professionalisation at all levels of the organisation. He has been instrumental in implementing and introducing advanced ERP solutions along with various technical design softwares to create a strong and meaningful Management Information System.
He is deeply involved in the day-to-day activities of the company and is also the key decision maker of all the financial investments of the company.
Currently, his main focus is on expanding the product portfolio and venturing into new market segments with the vision to exponentially grow the company into a global mainstream organisation.

M. L. Jain,

Director Corporate Affairs, Resistoflex Group

M.L. Jain having 35 years of varied exposure and experience is a master in Hospitality & Quality management. He is a certified change manager from U.K. and holds special interest in organization Development interventions & training.

Mr. A. K. Singh,

President-Railways & New Ventures

Mr. A. K. Singh is a recognized rolling stock professional having about 34 years of experience over large railway network. He started his career in core activities of Passenger coach manufacturing, and later worked in railway operation, rolling stock design, major workshop overhauls & large workshop construction projects on turnkey basis. At apex level in Railway Board, he was involved in policy framework for infrastructure, train operation, design of new coaches variants.

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he has done extensive Advance Strategic Management courses from leading US Universities-Carnegie Melon University, Pittsburgh, MIT & Columbia universities & ISB, Hyderabad . He has widely travelled abroad and acquired unique experience in global transfer of technology and regional manufacturing.

Harish Chandra,

Director – Sales & Marketing

Harish Chandra is a science graduate from BHU and a post graduate from Lucknow University has been instrumental in creating awareness and new markets in Vibration Isolation systems in India for the past thirty years. With techno marketing orientation, his success mantra in sales is to provide technical one stop solutions to clients of RESISTOFLEX His other interests include Team building and active participation in enhancing the Quality movement where he represents the management in ISO accreditation and is also a certified Lead Auditor.
