Responsibilities:

• Demand projection, new business development, making strategy for each project for timely execution.
• Manage complete Project right from conception to execution.
• Sourcing & vendor development for complete supply chain as required for the project.
• Interacting with Production, Design and clients.
• Interacting with clients for any post-contract issues and customer meet.
• Periodical meeting with clients as per schedule.
• To track growth in the relevant industries, forecast demand, identify prospects and products, and develop strategy keeping in view the current market scenario.
• Participating in events and conferences.
• Weekly review of each project progress
• To closely monitor prototype development and make action plan to meet deadlines.
• Regular follow up with vendors and clients to meet deadlines.

Qualification: B Tech Mechanical & MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed Institute

Experience:

• Candidate should have relevant experience of Minimum 8 to 10 years in the field of Business development
• He should have in depth knowledge of Bidding Process in Private, Public Sector Undertaking as well as Government department
• Knowledge of Project handling in Metro, Railways and transport sector will be preferred
• He should be conversant with relevant technical specifications, National & international Standards like-, IS, ISO, DIN/EN etc.
• He should have handled at least two independent project right from lead generation to project execution and customer relations for all post contract issues.
• Knowledge of MS office, Excel, PPT and project management are mandatory
• He must have good presentation skill to promote products and company brand with all stakeholders..
• He should have right attitude to work in team and ability to engage with others.
• Should have good negotiation and networking skill

Responsibilities:

• Real Time tracking of cost of production including raw materials, packaging, machines and finished goods.
• Prepare budget forecasts and manage budgets around costing issues of Products and projects.
• Generate monthly management accounts, margin statements, budget and supply chain reports.
• Measure fixed and variable costs to determine margins and analyze ways to make products and processes more efficient.
• Develop cost-control systems and implement cost-saving measures.
• Forecast costs by proactively predicting cost-related changes and risks.
• Work closely with management to identify opportunities to maximize profit and minimize waste.

Qualification:ICWA / ICWA Inter / M.Com.

Experience:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience with 2-3 years in MIS reporting of a good ERP system
• Conversant with Taxation, TDS and other govt regulations
• Strong understanding of costing & accounting principles and cost control methodologies.
• Proficiency in Budgeting & Forecasting and Inventory valuation.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills..
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on various rubber moulding machines.
• Proficiency in programming using Solid CAM and other relevant software.
• Ability to efficiently plan and manage machining operations.
• A job-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of measuring instruments and their applications.
• Experience in manpower management and team coordination.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma Mechanical

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on various rubber moulding machines.
• Replace worn or damaged parts and components to prevent equipment failure.
• Troubleshooting and Repair
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with moulding machines.
• Repair or replace faulty components, including motors, pumps, and sensors.
• Test and calibrate machines to ensure proper functioning and compliance with specifications.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new moulding machines and equipment.
• Configure machines according to production requirements and safety standards.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institutes.

Experience:

• Should have 5+ years of experience in Maintenance of machines / equipment etc
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and quality control methodologies.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment for maintenance inspection.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Handling of Current Key Customer Account and Acquire New Accounts
• Visiting customers, communicating with customers and converting potential leads to business
• Responsible for End-to-End Sales Process
• Liaising with customers
• Focusing on increasing Share of Business with customer
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products and emerging technologies
• Management Reporting/MIS/Internal Reporting
• Maintain and update all the sales accounting reports including all the receivables etc. and help Sales team to take corrective action in case of escalations.

Qualification: B Tech & MBA in Sales & Marketing
