Each system is individually designed and analyzed to ensure that the correct spring stiffnesses, system damping and masses are provided to permit proper operation of the mounted equipment.
Pads work in compression & when fully loaded within their
rated capacity, the static deflection per layer is 2 mm ± 15%
which will give satisfactory insulation against frequencies
above 1400 CPM.
Pads can also be conveniently used in 2, 3 or even more
layers by interfacing with steel plates for added deflection for
isolation of very low disturbing frequencies.
Pads offer the most effective and easily applied Vibration /
Shock isolating resilient material which actually simplifies
casting of massive inertia block in-situ.
Maximum load per sq. meter is upto 22000 Kgs. Any overall
weight can be supported as long as the unit loading on Pads
is within their rated capacity.
